BSA Regional Postgraduate Conference:

‘Auto/biographical Approaches to Sociological Research’

The purpose of the conference is to celebrate the auto/biographical and narrative turn within sociology, critically consider issues pertaining to the use of an auto/biographical approach and learn from established researchers in this field.

·        Liz Stanley, Professor of Sociology& Director of the Centre for Narrative & Auto/Biographical Studies, University of Edinburgh.

·        Linden West, Professor of Education and Director of Research Development
in the Education Faculty, Canterbury Christ Church University.

Workshops : ‘Reflexivity’ & ‘Critical Considerations of Auto/biography’
