The PG Forum is pleased to present the first in a series of PG poster presentations from the BSA Annual Conference 2010 at Glasgow Caledonian University 6-9 April 2010. Our first presenter is Julia Bennett (University of Manchester), who gave us a summary of her project 'Theories of Belonging' at the BSA 2010 Annual Conference @ Glasgow Caledonian University. Julia's work focuses on intergenerational experiences of belonging for members of the same family in Wigan. She draws on the phenomenological work of Alfred Schutz, Martin Heidegger and Maurice Merleau-Ponty in her theoretical approach; and is using reflective diaries and photo elicitation in data collection. You can watch the film below or on the BSA PG Forum's new YouTube channel here - http://www.youtube.com/user/BSAPGForum - for the best view of the poster, go to the actual YouTube page to view in full HD resolution. This video was produced and edited by Mike Bracher for the BSA PG Forum.
